The Founding Human Behind ALL-IN Search

Let’s be real—choosing someone to help with hiring or a career move is a big deal. It’s personal, it matters, and it’s not something you hand off lightly. That’s exactly why I wanted to carve out a space to introduce myself in a more human way.

ALL-IN Search was built around honest conversations, meaningful connections, and bringing a little more humanity into the world of recruiting.

So if you’re looking for a perfectly polished founder’s bio filled with buzzwords and a dramatic rise to success… you won’t find that here. What you will find is a real story—mine. A little bit about how I got here professionally, and a glimpse into who I am when I’m not working.

Because in this business, trust matters—and trust starts with being real....and human!

Professional Path

Like many in this field, I didn’t set out to become a recruiter—it found me. Over 20 years ago (a few years after college), I was working as a financial advisor at a well-respected firm. It was a solid job, and I was content… mostly. But something was missing. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, but I knew I needed more purpose in my day-to-day.

That’s when I stumbled into recruiting—and it clicked. The idea of helping people navigate their careers and make life-changing moves? That felt meaningful. As someone still figuring out my own path, the chance to guide others on theirs felt like the right kind of challenge. So, I made the leap—and I’ve never looked back.

Fast forward two decades, through every high and low, and I reached the biggest turning point yet: launching my own firm. With a lot of thoughtful planning, encouragement from people I trust, and a drive to do things differently, ALL-IN Search was born. I wanted to raise the bar, redefine the experience, and create a smarter, more human way to recruit—the ALL-IN way.

Though I’m fortunate to have a close group of strategic partners who support the “Group” in our name, the foundation of ALL-IN is personal. Wherever this business goes, I’m right there with it—hands-on, in the weeds, and fully committed.

Yes, I now wear the “Founder” title, but at my core, I’m still a recruiter—researching, networking, and building real relationships with professionals and decision-makers alike. I believe in showing up, being resourceful, making connections where they count, and adding value even when there’s nothing in it for me.

Recruitment may not be an exact science, but the pursuit of excellence is what drives us. I’m proud of what we’re building here, and genuinely excited for what’s ahead—for ALL-IN, and for the people who choose to work with us.

"Off the Clock"

The business means so much to me, and I take pride in my work—but nothing compares to being a husband and dad. My family is my world, my why, and the greatest joy of my life. Balancing career goals with the beautiful chaos of parenthood is no small feat, but it’s the one challenge I always want front and center. The goal? Succeed professionally, but never at the cost of the people who matter most. When I can carve out a little time for myself, I usually turn to a good workout—though my two kids often have other ideas. I’m also a big podcast listener, usually queuing up episodes that dive into functional health, tech trends, or what’s happening in the markets. A few favorites I love sharing:

-The ALL-IN Podcast (obviously)

-The Drive with Peter Attia

We reside in Maryland and do our best to enjoy all four seasons—though I won’t lie, we’re a “chase the sunshine” kind of crew. Winter is made bearable thanks to holidays and football, but if we can trade coats for swimsuits on a last-minute cruise, count us in. Most of our adventures stay close to home for now: bouncing between our family beach house in Ocean City, a weekend at Deep Creek Lake, or one of our regular getaways to Disney World (yes, we’re those people). What can I say—I’m still a kid at heart, and now I’ve got two of my own.

Would welcome the chance to connect. Drop me a quick note!
